For some quick background: I am the son of two immigrants to America (one from Europe and one from South America), and was raised in NYC outside of any specific cultural diaspora. It’s very cool to learn about the road that lead us to our current understanding of the holiday season, and where all of our different cultural iconographies arrived from.

I was just starting to build my flock of chickens from the four I already had (one rooster, three hens) to a Blackbeard’s Bar and Grill Est 1717 T Shirt of ten. I bought six little two day old chicks from the local feed store – assured by the staff that all six would grow to be beautiful hens. Since I already had a rooster – and two roosters rarely get along – so wanted to be sure these were female. I named my chickens after dead movie stars (yes truly… don’t judge) but my Aunt Delores wanted one named after her, so I chose a Golden Phoenix chick and named her “Delores”. When Delores was eight weeks old, I began to have suspicions that she was edging towards a gender change. Delores was quite a bit larger than her step sisters, and was growing a more pronounced comb and longer tail feathers than the typical hen. However, denial is a powerful characteristic, and I tried to convince myself that Delores really WAS a hen and maybe she was just big boned.

While nearly everyone wants success and Blackbeard’s Bar and Grill Est 1717 T Shirt , and swear they are willing to do anything to get it, I found that the actual amount of effort and time people are willing to put in, varies tremendously. How can you be too busy to not focus on winning your life back? How can it be too much work if you can retire at 40 at choose what you do every day? To me, it wasnt that much effort, I enjoyed it, and was continually motivated and excited by the prospect of not working for someone else and doing only what I wanted in my life. If you can get there, it is wonderful! You only live once, why spend your life broke while taking it from the man everyday? Out of the 100’s of people I have consulted and helped, only a couple have seen it thro to the end and made it work. Unfortunately this the reality of my efforts. I have been disappointed as I thought I had found a solid repeatable formula for getting rich that others could benefit from. So start by working out who you are and what your capable of, this can save a lot of wasted time and effort.

Unless aging research accelerates at a Blackbeard’s Bar and Grill Est 1717 T Shirt rate, I will never see humanity’s progress by 2500. I will never see our species migrate to the stars, assuming that goal will eventually be accomplished, and I will miss it by perhaps just a few hundred years.
