I have non-combat PTSD from a Joe Biden Kamala Harris Inauguration Day 2021 shirt. I’ve been dealing with it best I can. I follow the books and my therapists advice, I take medications, but it’s still frustratingly difficult to treat. I recognize it is not my fault, I do not blame myself for what happened and I am perfectly capable of rationalizing why I am feeling certain ways about certain things. It’s so fucking upsetting that one person can break me so much, and no matter how hard I try to combat it, confront it, therapitize it, etc, it just won’t go away.
