As a Wisconsin resident, I’ll tell you how this state is won, and I’ll point out some of Joe Biden We Just Did 46 American Flag tshirt along the way. For a Democrat to win in Wisconsin, he or she must perform well in three geographical zones:  Dane County, which includes the city of Madison, Milwaukee County, which obviously includes the city of Milwaukee, and  rural Southwestern Wisconsin. The map below shows the 3 zones. I’ll discuss each in turn.  There are Black voters across the state, but the largest population of Blacks, by far, is in Milwaukee County. In 2016, the Black vote in this state dropped by a little over 12% from 2012. Most of that drop was in Milwaukee County. Studies have been done, and the drop was due to a lack of policy on Hillary’s part. (Sorry Hillary fans, but it’s true.) She didn’t even campaign here in the 2016 general election. Biden doesn’t have policy that sets Milwaukee County afire. His policies don’t even amount to a smoldering autumn leaf pile.

Rural Southwestern Wisconsin is one those weird rural areas that still votes for Joe Biden We Just Did 46 American Flag tshirt. The people there just generally don’t give a rat’s behind that Trump’s in office. Much of zone 3 is economically depressed.
