Man I like Wine and running and maybe 3 people vintage t-shirt

A belt that’s a simple gold chain with a leather pink bow in front as the Man I like Wine and running and maybe 3 people vintage t-shirt. That’s it. And it did exist, Valentino Red made one years ago but I didn’t know about it until later. I’ve looked for it almost two years but they haven’t sold it in a while and NO ONE is reselling it. Not out of style or secondhand fashion dealers, not ebay or the sketchy designer fashion equivalents, not even on poshMark or Depop or Facebook marketplace. Seriously as far as I can tell (literally going through every page on Google including reverse image search), NO ONE has listed that stupid fucking belt for sale since Valentino Red sold out of it. And no store I’ve found has something remotely similar. I’m not talking “in my price range” too, price is a nonissue here. I can’t buy this. Where do I go to have someone make me a custom knockoff of this belt.

What I call the “Christmas Dress”. A black mid-length dress with an almost off the Man I like Wine and running and maybe 3 people vintage t-shirt (nothing too boobtacular) with 3/4 sleeves. Fitted waist to slightly flared skirt with dipped hem. Thanks to ASD, the fit and texture/feel of the dress is more important than the look. I’ve given up searching as each party season the lbd’s come out and have some bizarre ruffle, asymmetry or poofy bit that breaks my brain. Going to just have to crack on learning my sewing machine and I’m dreaming of the day I can go out safely to a haberdashery and really get a feel for potential fabrics  also I’m totally clueless with fashion and technical terms so half those descriptors might not quite be what I’m describing in my head, which is a pain… Can’t go to the hair dressers without a dozen photos and ask “What do I need to please ask for when I’m describing this style”
