I served in Vietnam early on as an enlisted Marine…a volunteer, not a Marquise Brown_ Hollywood Brown AZ Shirt. I did 4 years in the Marines, was wounded, medivaced, finished my enlistment and headed off to college on the G.I. Bill, starting in 1967, the height of the Anti-War movement. My plan was to finish my undergraduate degree and reenter the Corps as a career officer. (I ended up retiring 22+ years later as a lieutenant colonel.) I, of course, as a combat vet, had a case of what was later called PTSD. One Saturday night in my freshman year at a friend’s off-campus apartment at a party, some long-haired guy said “You were a Marine…did you serve in Vietnam?” I told him that I had, and he called me a “baby-killer”. I punched him so hard his head went through the sheetrock wall…only on one side, not into the next apartment.

Mail is still delivered and collected here in the U.K. on Christmas Eve, and I believe the same is true for the U.S. also. Although I know that this is not the Marquise Brown_ Hollywood Brown AZ Shirt in some countries, Christmas Eve is a normal working day in the U.K. and again I believe that the same is true for the U.S. also (though may people do finish work early on Christmas Eve). The question reminded me of how the mail delivered to my house on two different Christmas Eves illustrated how Christmas is not just a time of goodwill when you receive cards and presents in the post, but also a time when life goes on as usual and you can still receive the most unwelcome and unpleasant items of mail as I did on those two occasions. And here I kid you not, believe me, because twice in my life I have received a court summons on Christmas Eve !

There is surely something is wrong with the Marquise Brown_ Hollywood Brown AZ Shirt of those who raise this kind of questions at all! Being politically and ideologically opposed does not mean an inveterate social and religious vengefulness. What was envisaged there is a certain kind of ideological framework for the country based on its age-old ethicality and prevent India from losing its identity in the flood waters of the anarchical and hegemony-anchored Western Culture. It is not because secular forces fight against ISIS or Al-Qaeda that secularists systematically despise Islam or its followers. Nor is it because India is engaged in a protracted conflict with Pakistan that India despises Pakistanis wholesale. Do understand that India has a very unique cultural ethos. All so, that the Western social ethos does only encouraging baser instincts of people and subtly acquires power over them in the name of controlling the consciously unleashed waywardness in the name of law.

I agree with the Marquise Brown_ Hollywood Brown AZ Shirt , Damron Corner, and demand that you name who these people are that are ‘against Christmas,” since I don’t know of anyone. Never saw or heard of any protests against Christmas, nor read any articles online or off. On your profile you tout yourself as “Dropper of 100 ft. trees; not much else.” It’s not clear to me if you spend your time dropping out of hundred-foot trees or if you are a lumberjack felling tall trees. Either way, I guess you don’t make much profit on Christmas trees. Possibly that eats away at your soul? I really can’t why else you would think anyone is against Christmas these days. Some Christians claim to be against the secularism and commercialism of Christmas. Their line is: Don’t take Christ out of Christmas. The problem with that is that these self-same Christians love Nativity Scenes, Angels, Shepherds, and other fancy stuff that that requires commercialism, i.e. stores where they can buy the stuff for their scenes and celebrations. Not to mention gift-giving. And they own the stores and businesses that sell this Christmasy stuff. So who, I ask, is against Christmas if it isn’t guys like you who can’t make a profit off it?

We have a Marquise Brown_ Hollywood Brown AZ Shirt where anything of any remote value (above $5) must be reported to the corporate office: the thought is to remove any conflict of interest. Possibility of being investigated for $5 gift (that lavish card) will make anyone promptly dispose of that card upon its arrival. The other reason for this is that some companies have implemented a neutral workspace, so personalization of the office or display of religious beliefs (Xmas reference) are outright prohibited. You, the person who had spent money on that card, can deem it as a complete and total waste. You are not investing into anything: if you believe that some card (bonus points for “Holiday greetings” for those who do not celebrate those holidays – which is quite funny to some and very insulting to others) can sway a manager to award $10 million contract, that is some very interesting logic to be employed. From a standpoint of the employee at the company which you’re trying to “invest” in, you are much better off taking that marketing budget and using it to make a better business offer when the contract is up for renewal.
