My personal favorite character follows the last above rule. I had the Scarface Poster Popeye T Shirt  to jump in a game I normally missed due to scheduling conflicts for one session. It was a massive dungeon crawl. The catch was that all new players and all new characters started at level one. The average party level was 5 at this point. I couldn’t pull any of my usual tricks to make an effective character. Saving throws would be too low to make a god wizard, a beat stick fighter would struggle to hit ACs and be out after one blow… even a cleric wouldn’t offer enough in the way of healing to be worth a damn. So I made a gnome. At least it’d be fun to roleplay for the night.

Jingle Ring is the head of the Barn Elves and reports directly to Santa. He probably believes he is THE authority on Rudolph as well as the other reindeer. Conversely, Crystal Snow is the librarian of the list and official historian of the North Pole. She probably has some I sights. But personally, I believe that the one true authority on Rudolph, would be his personal caretaker. Each of the reindeer have one elf assigned to take care of them. Feed, clean, and entertain. They also are responsible for preventive maintenance on their harness. For Rudolph that would be Harry Brushright. He is a 3rd generation barn elf. He has heard all the stories about “the big delivery” from Rudy. He hopes one day to be picked for Santa’s team. Each year Santa hand picks an assistant team. One Elf from the toy shop, to fix any toy breakage. One Elf from the weather and navigation shop, for obvious reasons. One Elf from his security team, she runs distractions and operates the stealth mode. She also makes contact with NORAD. Finally, one Elf from the barn. In case of a reindeer emergency.

Entertainment: Dickson street is great, lots of Scarface Poster Popeye T Shirt and good food. There is the Walton Arts Center which has top notch broadway events (musicals, plays, etc). TheatreSquared is also excellent for watching plays. The AMP (Arkansas Music Pavilion) has well known bands/artists every year. There is a Botanical Gardens. Believe it or not, we still have a drive-in theatre which plays current movies and is lots of fun. There is also a retro-arcade, bowling, skating rink, Locomotion (go karts, arcade, mini-golf), Gater Golf (mini-golf), several area Golf courses that are very nice, museums, and lots more. Outdoors: We are right next to the Ozark National Forrest, Beaver Lake, the Buffalo River, White River, Mulberry River, Devil’s Den state park, the Ozark Highlands Trail (218 miles through seven counties), caving, rock climbing, hand gliding, scuba diving in Beaver lake, and countless more to do. There is an excellent paved trail system that stretches from south of Fayetteville to the Missouri border with lots of parks and side trails along the way. Everywhere you turn there is hiking, biking, canoeing, geocaching, etc. Enough to never be bored. Community: Excellent Farmer’s Market, lots of community outreach programs, excellent public schools and some great private ones also (or so I’ve heard) Events: We also have lots of events in our area: Bikes Blues & BBQ, Joe Martin Stage Race, First Thursday (every first Thursday downtown), Fayetteville Foam Fest (Local Breweries, Food Trucks, Lots of Beer), War Eagle Crafts Fair, Block Street Block Party, NWA Naturals baseball games, Tri Sport Kid’s Triathlon, Fayetteville Roots Festival, Lights of the Ozarks, Ozark Valley Triathlon, Halloween Monster Dash, Color Vibe 5K Run, Primal Challenge.

It doesn’t mean we’re happy or smiling, we’re not thinking about the Scarface Poster Popeye T Shirt of some things nor we aren’t thinking steps or solutions to solve our problems. We’ve been through a lot, from the hands of 3 colonizers, to the challenges our country is constantly facing. to the calamities and storms that continue tearing down our towns, and many more, we’re already living in much negativity and if we succumb in such miseries more, we will lose the very essence of life which is to live it and of course, be happy.
