The problem is that Republicans in power are GREAT at playing politics. We may get infuriated by what they do, but the fact is that they are winning. If we don’t get better at long term strategy, we’re going to keep losing the war, with every concession made to these cretins. Electing Biden is just wasting 4 years, and possibly doing more harm by people being okay with just tuning out and feeling safe temporarily. Times when people feel apathy are when it is easiest for those “both sides are the same” pieces of legislation to pass.
