He was in the air force stationed in the Aleutian Islands in Alaska in the Tyler Herro Miami 14 Shirt. A lot of people don’t know that Japan invaded these islands and they had planes and army trucks and more on the islands not long after Pearl Harbor. Anyway while my fad was stationed there he went on hikes on his days off in the summer and found a lot of old heels and planes from that time. I love history and WW2 is my favorite so I always found this story of his and his descriptions of the old planes and equipment fascinating.

My grandfather went ahead of the frontline to Tyler Herro Miami 14 Shirt, report sabotage or commit sabotage. Once he had the mission to bomb a large Nazi party in France to eliminate some officials all at once. While he was setting up some charges, he made contact with the drummer of the band playing the music for the party and signalled to him what was going to happen. The band then called 5 and avoided their deaths in the explosion. That drummer went on to start the Meinl cymbal company and thanked my grandfather profusely for what he did years later at the Frankfurt NAMM convention.

My great grandfather who never had a education beyond fifth grade was Tyler Herro Miami 14 Shirt to be a math prodigy by the army. He was made a aviation engineer and if it wasn’t for his poor eyesight could’ve been a pilot. He was stationed in India and as a corporal was the subject matter expert for the manufacturing of aircraft. Officers and senior NCOs had to refer to him when it came to technical matters. He also was allowed to test fly a lot of the airplanes since he rather have it fail on him then someone else. Shortly after Japan surrendered and the war was ending a new captain was put in charge and forbade my grandfather from test flying as he wasn’t a full fledge pilot. Enraged my grandfather took a plane one early morning and started flying the noise caused everyone to come out from the barracks and when all the officers came out he fly dived down and flew close to there heads that they all dropped to the floor and covered there heads. For that stunt he was discharged from service and went on to start his own mechanic shop which he ran with my grandfather (his son in law) for 30 years.
