To my knowledge, in the commonwealth, you cannot settle a criminal charge out of court. It can be dropped, or it can be pled down, but if the charges are brought – there isn’t a cash transfer to get out of it. There is accord and satisfaction – which applies to misdemeanors, but not felonies. So, if the felonies are dropped, sure. But if not, then nope.
